Your account
Use accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials and admission codes private, and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, scrape private information, submit fraudulent listings or payments, or interfere with the service. Event-specific age and entry requirements are set by the organizer.
Events and admission
FOMO provides event discovery, registration, ticketing and organizer tools. Organizers are responsible for the event, its accuracy, safety, permissions and entry requirements. Review the event date, venue, ticket tier and restrictions before ordering. A pass may be checked in only as permitted by its ticket rules. A transferred pass is valid for the accepted recipient; the original code is invalidated.
Prices and payments
The buyer total is displayed before payment. Paid ticket prices include the FOMO fee shown with the ticket; organizers may choose pricing that includes or adds that fee. Stripe processes payments. Orders and financial records may be retained for refunds, disputes, accounting and fraud prevention. Do not dispute a legitimate payment as a substitute for contacting support.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
See the Refund Policy for the request process. Organizers must communicate material changes and cancellations. A canceled event does not promise an instantaneous bank credit: refunds must be processed and confirmed by the payment provider. Statutory rights are not limited by these terms.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit and authorize FOMO to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate and promote your public listing. Only submit content you are permitted to use. Do not publish unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent or infringing content. Report copyright or other content complaints to support with the URL, a description of the issue, your contact details and the basis for your complaint.
Service and enforcement
FOMO may restrict accounts, remove content or pause financial operations to address misuse, safety, disputes or legal obligations. Account action notices provide the available review process. Availability may be interrupted; keep access to your order confirmation and plan for venue check-in. Contact support about errors, account decisions or payment issues.
Updates and contact
FOMO operates from Massachusetts, United States. These terms take effect on the date above. Material changes will be identified through an updated policy version and, where appropriate, an in-product or email notice. Contact support with questions before using a feature you do not understand.
